Job Description

Flexibility with structure. Autonomy with real support.

We work across both the NDIS and Support at Home programs, providing clinicians with a broad and varied caseload. You’ll be part of a large multidisciplinary team that includes passionate Occupational Therapists (with onsite senior support), all dedicated to making a real impact. Our Mulgrave team is a happy and consistent team with minimal staff turnover. They're very social and active, playing table tennis comps etc. at lunch, social evenings like paint & sip and are very welcoming to new team members. It's a multicultural team with a mix of personalities which makes it work!

You’ll be backed by dedicated 1:1 supervision, monthly group supervision and a multidisciplinary team to support complex cases and your ongoing development.
